Starting off as a telecoms engineer, I made the move into Account Management in 2009. Over the years I have dealt with a very large cross-section of organisations, from Start Up Businesses to Multi-Site Companies, all across the globe.

I have implemented solutions for every type of business and numerous communication challenges have been met and solved.

I believe it is essential to fully understand the key business requirements, only then can you design a technical solution that delivers tangible, operational benefits to the client.

Working in the Voice & Data industry for over 20 years

I enjoy the whole concept of tailoring the product and service offered to the specific needs of individual organisations, thereby delivering a truly bespoke solution. I believe it is my experience, knowledge and attention to detail that allows me to successfully deliver a solution to my clients and their businesses, time and time again. 
During my time in the communications industry, I have seen huge changes in technology. Ultimately although the “core product” COMMUNICATION remains the same, the world has changed in how we use it.
